How scheduling works
To reserve your new patient appointment, we require a $100 deposit, which is fully applied toward the cost of your visit. This deposit confirms your appointment and reserves your provider’s time.

90-minute comprehensive first visit with full medical history review, personalized treatment plan, and follow-up phone call.
Step 2: Choose your ongoing care
Priority Care
$325/mo
or $3,900/yr
Unlimited visits, prescription management, lab monitoring, priority scheduling.
Core Care
$200/mo
or $2,400/yr
4 visits per year, prescription management, lab monitoring, secure messaging.
Enrollment fee: $200 one-time (non-refundable)
Fee-for-service visits available for patients needing only 1–2 visits per year ($550+). Membership required for ongoing care and complex endocrine management.

Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. We’ll help you reschedule quickly. A no-show is defined as failing to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your visit, and is subject to a $100 no-show fee. More than one no-show may result in dismissal from the practice, at the physician’s discretion.
